Right in the middle of the Spanish city of Zaragoza stands the Palace of Aljafería. This magnificent building has been a silent witness of Spanish history since the 11th century. Passing through centuries of changing dynasties and intertwining cultures, Aljafería saved in each of its room the essence of an era.
Aljafería: 6 Glances welcomes six composers inside the walls of the palace. Under the creative direction of Néstor Romero Clemente, the space becomes a stage where composers and performers bring to life this timeless piece of architecture. The first release of Sonic Gate Studios reunites beautiful sceneries under a storyline told entirely with music.

This album is a journey through a collection of scattered reminiscences of Ireland: evocative sounds resonate in the interior of Christ Church Rathgar reuniting a chamber ensemble on a cold October night.
